To maintain its technical edge in the industry, SG Consulting has the proven ability to enhance the experience it has acquired by improving its work processes through the incorporation of any "Lessons Learned" from each completed project. These efforts can be recognized from the diversified services which we provide to our customers.  The following are some of the capabilities and resources we can provide for various work scopes.

• Project Management
  
  All personnel are experienced in both small and large projects.  Upon contract award, a real-time, activity/milestone schedule is developed which is conducive to implementing and tracking a multi-task project whose progress needs to be measured.  Our success on large projects is based upon a strong foundation of our quality culture, teamwork, close coordination, and detailed planning.  Speed and accuracy are the results of a carefully planned project, close attention to detail, and an emphasis on continuous interface with our customer’s management.  In addition, SG Consulting's project management techniques assure precise control of manpower and all other project resources.  Projects can be either on a one-time basis or developed as a program "turnkey" project, with turnover to utility management.
   
• Training
  
  SG Consulting will provide training, as required, to all personnel who will be implementing revised program requirements.  One member of our staff is an ex-Naval Instructor.  Additionally, SG Consulting will provide a comprehensive quality management training program, incorporating all concepts of TQM/QM, as required.  SG Consulting believes that a comprehensive training program is paramount in performing a quality job in the shortest amount of time.  Based upon contract requirements, qualified associates will develop the detailed lesson plans and training schedules necessary to train individuals in the different types of programs and/or requirements for performing work during, or at the conclusion of, the revised program enhancement processes.
   
• Auditing – Nuclear/Manufacturing
  
  SG Consulting provides to its customers a highly experienced and knowledgeable staff of certified ANSI N45.2.23 Quality Assurance Lead Auditors and/or ISO 9001 Lead Auditors.  These trained and certified professionals are qualified to perform audits in the areas of ANSI nuclear quality, ISO manufacturing facilities, physical security/access authorization, fitness-for-duty, and ANSI/ISO vendor procurement.  Additionally, these personnel have experience in leading audit teams of up to ten (10) members, while maintaining control and focus on the audit schedule without affecting the quality of the review.
   
• Self-Assessment
  
  SG Consulting will provide a tailored self-assessment program and implementation procedures as a "turnkey" project.  Particular attention will be focused on the key success elements of the customer's operations.  These elements will be determined by an in-depth review of the customer's operations regarding implementation expectations.  This self-assessment program will support assessments with up to a five (5) year plan, if required.  Additionally, SG Consulting can provide services to perform independent self-assessments in accordance with established customer programs.
